At IVG Ireland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to guarantee a successful processing of your request.

• 3.
  Ship to IVG Ireland

  Print your generated return label and drop the package off at any An Post location or authorized courier point across Ireland.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
